In 1981, Joe Mueller left behind the large corporate industry in Atlanta, Georgia, to establish Mueller Construction Company in the Texoma area. Starting operations in a small barn in Oklahoma, the company's commitment to precision craftsmanship led to rapid growth.
By 1991, the team had moved into a 16,000-square-foot facility in Denison. Four years later, with the help of a SEDCO grant, they expanded into the Sherman fabrication and machine shop Mueller still calls home today.
The company pivoted during the early 1980s oil bust, evolving into a specialist in machining, millwright, and welding services. Joe Mueller retired in 1994, passing the torch to his son Larry Mueller, who expanded the company's reach across the U.S. and internationally. In 2022, third-generation Joseph Mueller returned to Texas to lead the company forward.
Mueller-built equipment runs inside food processing plants, oil & gas facilities, pharmaceutical operations, and manufacturing floors across the region.
Today, Mueller Pro Solutions serves a diverse range of industries — oil and gas, food, pharmaceuticals, education, and manufacturing. We also provide resources and shop space for incubator customers.

Third-generation owner and namesake of the original founder. ICC-certified S1 Structural Bolting and S2 Structural Welding Inspector. 30+ years of project experience across North America. Grew up in the shop, branched into the metal building industry in Arkansas, and returned to Texas in 2022 to lead the family business.
Billie Howry
11+ years with Mueller across nearly every office role. Joined her brother Joseph in leading the company after their parents retired in January 2024.
Brennan House
Sherman, TX native managing vendor procurement, office logistics, travel, and front-of-house support. Currently pursuing her MBA.
Nicholas Kurus
Certified CAD Technician with associate degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. Handles field measurements, CAD design, vendor coordination, and full project oversight. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
Joe Ragland
16 years with Mueller. U.S. Navy veteran specializing in machining. Spent 11 years as Shop Foreman before transitioning to design.
