Waterjet cutter slicing through steel plate
Services

Engineering, manufacturing & industrial service.

Six coordinated capabilities under one roof in Sherman, Texas — from a single replacement part to a full plant installation, with a 24/7 service crew behind all of it.

01

Precision CNC Machining

Tight-tolerance parts, one-off or repeat run.

Precision Machining Details

Mueller runs CNC lathes and mills for the parts other shops turn away — obsolete replacement components, custom shafts and housings, hard-to-source spares, and low-volume production runs. We work from your drawing, your sample part, or a field measurement when the original print is long gone.

CNC turning on production lathes
CNC milling for complex geometry
Reverse engineering from a sample part
Obsolete and hard-to-source replacement parts
Prototype and first-article machining
Low-volume and repeat production runs
02

Custom Metal Fabrication & Welding

Waterjet, sheet metal, and certified structural welding under one roof.

Custom Fabrication Details

From a single bracket to a full welded structure, Mueller fabricates the assemblies that keep plants running. We fabricate in stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel — including modular skids, handrail, and platform work, and sanitary stainless for washdown environments. Waterjet cutting, sheet metal work, and structural welding all happen inside our Sherman, TX shop, so a design change doesn't mean a new vendor and a new lead time.

Waterjet cutting
Sheet metal fabrication and forming
Stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel fabrication
Certified structural welding
ICC-certified structural welding and bolting inspection
Custom weldments and frames
Modular skid manufacturing
Handrail and platform fabrication
Hoppers, chutes, conveyors, and material-handling structures

Mechanical Engineering & Design

From field measurement to production drawing.

Engineering & Design Details

Mueller's designers translate field measurements, legacy equipment, and process problems into manufacturable drawings. Because the same company builds what it draws, the design accounts for how the part will actually be cut, welded, machined, and installed.

Mechanical design and CAD modeling
Field measurement and site surveys
Reverse engineering of legacy equipment
Performance and throughput upgrades
Safety and ergonomic improvements
Design-for-manufacture review
04

Industrial & Millwright Installation

Process-flow installation sequenced around your production calendar.

Industrial Installation Details

Mueller's millwright crews specialize in process-flow-based installation and replacement — setting, aligning, and tying in equipment so the line restarts on schedule. We plan the sequence around your shutdown window, not the other way around.

Turnkey equipment installation
Millwright services and precision alignment
Equipment relocation and rigging
Plant-wide process replacements
Shutdown and turnaround sequencing
Project management from crate to commissioning

24/7 Emergency Industrial Repair

When you go down, we go in.

24/7 Service & Repair Details

Downtime is measured in hours, not days. Mueller fields a service crew available around the clock for emergency machinery and facility repair, disaster recovery, and ongoing preventative maintenance, all backed by a full machine and fabrication shop that can make the part the same night.

24/7 emergency response
Disaster recovery and facility repair
Onsite welding and machining

Preventative maintenance programs
Spare and critical-part planning
06

Automation & Robotics Integration

Modernize the line without ripping it out.

Automation & Upgrades Details

Not every plant needs a new line. Mueller integrates automation and robotics into equipment you already own, targeting the specific stations where safety, throughput, or consistency are costing you — with the guarding, framing, and transitions fabricated in-house.

Robotics integration into existing lines
Safety guarding and interlocks
Controls and sensor integration
Throughput and ergonomic upgrades
Custom framing, transitions, and tooling
Phased upgrades around production

Built-In Advantages

Everything under one roof — and one PO.

Most shops can fabricate, install, or service. Mueller does all three, plus the engineering up front. That means fewer vendors, tighter timelines, and one accountable team from drawing to production.

Service FAQ

How working with Mueller actually works.

What services does Mueller Pro Solutions offer?

Six coordinated services: engineering and design, precision CNC machining, custom fabrication and welding, industrial millwright installation, 24/7 emergency repair, and automation and robotics integration.

Can I use Mueller for one service, or do I have to bundle?

Any single service stands on its own. Most clients start with one job — a machined part, a repair call, a relocation — and expand once they see the shop behind it.

Do you work on equipment you didn't build?

Yes. Much of our repair, upgrade, relocation, and reverse-engineering work is performed on existing plant equipment from other manufacturers.

What materials do you work with?

Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other industrial metals — including sanitary, food-grade stainless builds for food and beverage processing.

Do you travel to job sites?

Yes. Our field and millwright crews travel to customer plants across the United States, and Mueller has completed international work.

How fast can you respond to a breakdown?

Emergency service is available 24/7. Call (903) 868-3585 and we dispatch based on the nature of the failure and the parts or crew required.

Are your welders and inspections certified?

Mueller performs certified structural welding, and President Joseph Mueller is an ICC-certified S1 Structural Bolting and S2 Structural Welding Inspector.

How do I get a quote for a service?

Send drawings, photos, or a description of the problem to info@muellerprosolutions.com, call (903) 868-3585, or use the contact form. We offer free consultations for most projects, depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
