Waterjet cutting, sheet metal work, and structural welding all happen inside our Sherman, TX shop, so a design change doesn't mean a new vendor and a new lead time.

Send the file and we'll review material, thickness, and tolerance, then cut and finish the parts in-house on our waterjet.
Is your welding certified?
Mueller performs certified structural welding, and President Joseph Mueller is an ICC-certified S1 Structural Bolting and S2 Structural Welding Inspector.
What can waterjet cutting do that other methods can't?
Waterjet cuts without a heat-affected zone, so material properties at the edge stay intact — useful for stainless, aluminum, and parts that go straight into a weldment.

Do you build modular skids, handrails, and platforms?
Yes. Modular skid manufacturing and handrail and platform fabrication are standard work in our Sherman, Texas shop, built in stainless steel, aluminum, or carbon steel depending on the environment they run in.
Can you fabricate and install the same project?
Yes. Our own millwright and field crews set and tie in what our shop builds, so one company is accountable from drawing to startup.
Do you fabricate replacement parts for equipment you didn't build?
Regularly. Much of our fabrication work replaces or repairs existing plant equipment from other manufacturers.
