Industrial & Millwright Installation
Process-flow installation sequenced around your production calendar.
Mueller's millwright crews specialize in process-flow-based installation and replacement — setting, aligning, and tying in equipment so the line restarts on schedule. We plan the sequence around your shutdown window, not the other way around.

Plan the window
We map the install against your production calendar and identify what can be pre-fabricated off-line.

Common questions
What is a millwright and what does Mueller's crew do?
Millwrights move, set, align, and tie in industrial machinery. Mueller's crews handle turnkey installation, precision alignment, equipment relocation and rigging, and plant-wide process replacements from our base in Sherman, Texas.
Do you install equipment you didn't build?
Yes. We regularly install, relocate, and tie in equipment sourced from other manufacturers.
Can you work during a plant shutdown?
Shutdown and turnaround work is a core part of our installation practice, including nights and weekends when the window requires it.
Can you relocate an entire production line to another facility?
Yes. Equipment relocation and rigging, including plant-wide process replacements, are services we perform end to end.
Do your crews travel outside Texas?
Yes. Our field and millwright crews travel to customer plants across the United States, and Mueller has completed international projects.
What happens if a part doesn't fit once the equipment is set?
Our crews fabricate transitions, supports, and adapters on site, backed by our own machine and fabrication shop, so a fit problem doesn't stop the install.
Who manages the project?
Mueller manages the work from crate to commissioning, including the sequence plan, rigging, tie-ins, and a controlled restart with our people still on the floor.
How far in advance should we schedule an installation?
Call as early as the shutdown window is known. The earlier we plan, the more we can pre-fabricate off-line. Reach us at (903) 868-3585.
Have a part nobody can build?
We probably can.
Send us a drawing, a photo, or just a description. A Mueller engineer will respond within one business day with a clear path to a quote, no fluff, no runaround.
