Mueller fabricator finishing a component at the bench

Automation & Robotics Integration

Modernize the line without ripping it out.

Not every plant needs a new line. Mueller integrates automation and robotics into equipment you already own, targeting the specific stations where safety, throughput, or consistency are costing you — with the guarding, framing, and transitions fabricated in-house.

How It Works

A process built around your uptime.

01

Find the constraint

We look at the whole line and identify where an upgrade actually pays back.

02

Engineer the retrofit

Automation, guarding, and mechanical changes are designed to bolt into what's already there.

03

Install in phases

Work is staged so production keeps moving through the upgrade.

FAQ

Common questions

Can Mueller add robotics to a production line we already own?

Yes. Mueller integrates robotics, controls, and safety guarding into existing equipment, targeting the specific stations where safety, throughput, or consistency are costing you.

Do I have to replace my whole line?

No. Our approach is targeted retrofits. The right upgrade in the right place usually pays back faster than a full rebuild.

Can you handle both the mechanical work and the guarding?

Yes. The framing, guarding, and transitions are fabricated in our own shop as part of the project.

How do you decide what to automate first?

We look at the whole line and identify the constraint — the station where an upgrade actually pays back — before proposing anything.

Will the upgrade shut down production?

Work is staged in phases so production keeps moving through the upgrade wherever the process allows.

Do you integrate controls and sensors as well as robots?

Yes. Controls and sensor integration, interlocks, and safety guarding are part of the same scope.

Can automation work in a washdown or food-processing environment?

Guarding, framing, and transitions are designed and fabricated for the environment they run in, including sanitary food and beverage processing areas.

How do we start an automation project?

Call (903) 868-3585 or email info@muellerprosolutions.com. We'll walk the line and scope the retrofit. We offer free consultations for most projects, depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
